As first-time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the various steps in the home purchasing process and Jayne walked us through each phase and provided us with insights and perspectives that we would not have otherwise benefited from if not for her extensive experience. This is the second time my husband and I have used Jayne Bernstein. The first time was to sell my husband's house and this most recent time was to purchase a home. Jayne is extremely responsive, responding to questions or concerns immediately. She is an incredible negotiator and both my husband and I feel she puts her clients first. She is extremely thorough, particularly in areas that I really wasn't paying much attention to, such as the walk-through before the closing. She made sure everything in our new home was in working order and ensured that everything that was left by the former owner was removed.
